A website that looks fine but brings no enquiries is one of the most common problems we see. Usually it is not the design. It is what the site says, and what it fails to ask.
Seven things to check
1. The first screen says what you do, for whom, and why you
Visitors decide in seconds. "Welcome to our company" tells them nothing. "Industrial packaging for food exporters, delivered in 7 days" tells them they are in the right place.
2. It explains why to choose you, not just what you do
A list of services is not a reason to pick you. Your process, your guarantee, the problems you solve and real proof are.
3. There is one clear action on every page
Call, WhatsApp, book a visit or request a quote. Pick the one your customers prefer and repeat it. Too many choices lead to none.
4. WhatsApp is one tap away on mobile
Many customers, especially in India, would rather message than fill a form. A visible WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message removes the friction.
5. It loads quickly on a normal phone connection
Heavy images, autoplay videos and too many plugins make pages slow. Test on your own phone using mobile data, not office Wi-Fi.
6. There is proof a stranger can trust
Real photos of your work, your team and your premises. Reviews, client sectors and numbers you can stand behind. Stock photos of handshakes do the opposite.
7. Someone answers
Fill in your own form and message your own WhatsApp. How long did it take to get a reply? Did the email land in spam? The site can only start the conversation.
Most websites explain what a business does. The ones that bring enquiries explain why someone should choose it, and ask them to act.
What to do next
Fix the first screen and the action button before anything else; they are usually the quickest wins. If you would like an outside view, a free discovery call points out the two biggest issues, and the business audit goes deeper into your whole sales path.
